The office is open every weekday from 9:00am to 17:00 (UK time!) and from 9:00 to 12:00 noon on Saturdays, but not Sundays - although if you use the Internet, of course, you can order at anytime. If you phone before 10:00am (Monday to Thursday) we can usually get your order away that day.
